The Library is having a raffle for a Raggedy Ann Doll and two Raggedy Ann books. Tickets are being sold in the library for $1 a piece. All the proceeds from the Raffle will benefit programs provided by the Mount Morris Library. Feel free to call or come in to ask any questions!
