Kindle Fire Issues

Some patrons are having trouble when they try to access OWWL2GO on their Kindle Fire. Sometimes, it is accessing the mobile interface rather than the full OWWL2GO website, therefore limiting what they can search and use. Here are a few quick steps for you to do that should fix the problem for you.

1. Open the Internet browser on the Kindle Fire.
2. Press the 'Menu' key at the bottom of the page and select 'Settings'.
3. Scroll to the 'Desktop or Mobile View' option and change this setting from 'Automatic' to 'Desktop'.
4. Clear the web browser's cache and cookies.
